Grønningen 2020

18 Jan 2020 - 16 Feb 2020

Opening Fridag 17 January 5-8

One of Denmark's largest artist associations Grønningen will be opening its annual exhibition this Friday, January the 17th for the 103rd time. The members of the association represent a leading section of Danish visual arts. Since its establishment in 1915, 348 artists have exhibited with the association.

This up to date panoramic view of contemporary Danish art is a presentation that combines different styles, formats and media by some of Denmark's leading artists.

It is the artists' dialogue with each other and with the audience that forms the basis of the association. This year Grønningen wants to strengthen the dialogue with the public and invites the audience to a guided tour of the exhibition every Saturday during the exhibition period where an artist from the association will show around the exhibition.
